1. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for actions taken under your account.

2. Course access

On-demand access is granted for 12 months per purchase unless otherwise stated. Live cohort resources remain available for 6 months post-cohort.

3. Acceptable use

Do not share accounts, reverse-engineer our platform, or distribute course materials beyond your license. Respect community guidelines and other learners.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by third-party providers. Refunds follow our FAQ policy. Taxes may apply based on your location.

5. Intellectual property

All content and materials are owned by Plainhill Oratory or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal or organizational training use.

6. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee specific professional outcomes. Training effectiveness varies by practice intensity and context.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or unlawful behavior.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the effective date accordingly.

Glossary

"Cohort"

A time-bound live program with a small group advancing together.

"License"

Limited right to use content for personal training, not redistribution.

"User Content"

Practice notes, assignments, and messages you submit to the platform.
